Activities in the context of AAL
As project coordinator of various AAL JP -projects (e.g. 2PCS, FairCare, gAALaxy, i-evAALution) a research team of the Department of Strategic Management, Marketing and Tourism (SMT) is focusing on the topic Active and Assisted Living. After the Austrian AAL test region West-AAL, the need for an AAL service and orientation network was identified. Therefore, the University of Innsbruck established the AAL Competence Network and the platform AAL-products.com. They should help as a platform and catalysator to get access to the topic AAL in the region Tyrol and South Tyrol.
