The goal of WP 1 is to package and integrate the conceptualized i-evAALution solution bundle as specified within the proposal. Additionally, the development teams will set up test labs in each region with an advance version of the i-evAALution bundle, for early usability testing and troubleshooting.

Work package 2 focuses on the scientific evaluation process of the pilot applications. The goal is to achieve significant and meaningful results regarding the quality of life impact of the AAL bundle, the solution design and-user acceptance and the business perspective of the bundle.

WP 3 evolves around the administrative management and includes the development of a strategic approach plan. Also, the recruitment of end-users for the pilots, the acquisition and implementation of the solution, the maintenance and support tasks as well as the exit strategy will be carried out.

WP4 focuses on the international exploitation of the project’s results through preliminary dissemination activities and project-internal dissemination of project results to each partner. Additionally, this WP includes all market and commercialisation related tasks as well as the future joint long-term business cooperation between the partners.

The consortium incorporates a process-based management approach to guarantee a timely project conclusion, cost control and high quality of the project’s resulting products. Therefore, monitoring and reporting tools to disseminate the project’s progress and align the external dissemination strategy will be implemented. Besides, the project management team will assure the cooperation between all participating parties as well as the funding agency and national contact person (NCP).
